Tips and Tricks….. Part 1

Do you know how to ease your cleaning of burnt or scalded pots and pans?

Do NOT immediately pour water on a hot burnt and scalded pots and pans….you would be getting into deep trouble trying to remove it.

Be Patience….Let it cool down then you add water to soak it for 30 to 40 minutes. It would make you work easier to scrub off the burnt spot.

Tips and Tricks to cook great Congee or Porridge

If you like you porridge or congee to be smooth…. add a little rock sugar. This will enhance the texture of it to be smooth and nice.

If you like it healthy, I would substitute with honey. It gives the same awesome smooth texture.

Always use boiling water to cook porridge and never cold water.
