Dips

If you like sour dips, try this with deep fried Tau Kwa….

Ingredients

5 chopped garlic

2 chopped chilli

5 Tbsp vinegar (make sure it submerged the garlic and chilli)

It is awesome when u eat with oily food like Pork Knuckles :p

Tips and Tricks….. Part 1

Do you know how to ease your cleaning of burnt or scalded pots and pans?

Do NOT immediately pour water on a hot burnt and scalded pots and pans….you would be getting into deep trouble trying to remove it.

Be Patience….Let it cool down then you add water to soak it for 30 to 40 minutes. It would make you work easier to scrub off the burnt spot.
