Fried Chicken Wings
Preparation Time: 30 mins
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Serving for 2 to 4
Ingredients
8 to 10 chicken wings
2 tsp wasabi powder
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp ginger juice
2 tsp sesame oil
pepper to taste
Method
1. Wash, scald with hot water and dry wings with paper towel.
2. Add wasabi powder to marinate for 10 mins
3. Add soy sauce, pepper and ginger juice to marinate for another 10 mins
4. Add sesame oil and marinate for another 5 mins
5. Heat wok with oil or use a deep fryer to fry the wings
